The Turkey Grill’s signature recipes are filled with the deep smoky flavors from hand-selected hardwoods, vibrant herbs and firey Cajun spices inspired by recipes straight from Mississippi and the Louisiana Bayou. Founded on Detroit’s historic Woodward Avenue.

Everything Turkey is what we do best, but that doesn’t mean our pantry isn’t deep. Our Cajun Turkey & Seafood Gumbo is incredible, and a widely known favorite is our Cajun Fried Wing Bites with our signature Michigan Gold Sauce. We make it all how they cook in the bayou, y’heard?
